Projects
CubeSat Summer School
I participated in the 2nd edition of the CubeSat Summer School, organized by the ESA Academy, where I was selected as one of 12 business students from ESA member states to design a space business opportunity in the context of CubeSats. This prestigious program provided a unique opportunity to deepen both technical and managerial knowledge across key topics such as satellite subsystems, commercialization of technology and data, business incubation, new venture creation, space law, and space debris. I spent two weeks in training and group work at the ESA’s ESEC Center in Belgium.
Our final project, evaluated with the grade A, aimed to validate various business requirements for utilizing satellite data to monitor maritime traffic, such as business model for revenue generation, comprehensive market analysis, funding and investment strategy, risk management plan, long-term revenue diversification, and customer support mechanisms.

Polito Rocket Team
The PoliTo Rocket Team (PRT) is the student team at Politecnico di Torino, dedicated to the research, design, and construction of rocket engines and experimental rockets capable of carrying scientific payloads. The team actively participates in rocketry competitions, which are Spaceport America Cup in New Mexico and EuRoC in Portugal.

I joined the team in Oct. 2023 as a Program Manager, where I focused on developing Gantt charts for various team projects. Following this, I was promoted to Lead of the Logistics Division, and since May 2024, I have been serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing a broad spectrum of team activities.

Polito Orbital Team
The PoliTo Orbital Team is a student team from the Politecnico di Torino that works on the development studies of suborbital and low Earth orbit (LEO) vehicles, aiming to provide broader access to space and enable microgravity experimentation for an increasing number of passengers, while complying with environmental regulations. One of the team main goals is to participate in the Student Aerospace Challenge, an international competition held annually in Paris, sponsored by leading European aerospace companies such as the European Space Agency (ESA), Dassault Aviation, and Ariane Group.
During the 2023/24 academic year, I focused on the cost assessment of the orbital vehicle using NASA’s TransCost model, designed for aerospace cost estimation. I presented my work at the Suborbital Day in Paris, held at the Air and Space Museum, as part of the competition.

SEDS Sapienza
SEDS Sapienza is the Sapienza University chapter of the larger American SEDS (Students for the Exploration and Development of Space) organization. Our mission encompasses students from all disciplines, aiming to foster interest in space technology and exploration through outreach initiatives, social events, and technical projects.
I was an active member of the association from March 2022 to May 2023, during which I served as Vice President and Project Manager. Along with the team, we organized science outreach events and launched a podcast, with the support of Binario F (Facebook) in Rome. We also participated in the 5th edition of the CASSINI Hackathon on Space Defense and Security.

Sapienza Flight Team
The Sapienza Flight Team (SFT) is composed of engineering students from Sapienza University of Rome, and for years has been involved in ambitious projects, regularly participating in international competitions and achieving significant results. The team’s goal was to apply the knowledge gained academically to real-world problems, helping students become better prepared for the challenges of the professional world.
I was a member of the Sapienza Flight Team, part of the Sapienza Aerospace Student Association, where I served as Head of Management and Logistics. In this role, I supported the Project Manager by drafting technical and managerial documents (WBS, Gantt Chart, Business Plan) for the AUVSI SUAS Competition 2022.
